  4. please correct the information of kalivungan festival. i will explain further, because i am from north cotabato. firstly kalivungan is celebrated during the foundation anniversary of the province of north cotabato held at kidapawan city the capital city of the province. all municipalities of the province is invited to join the said street festival specifically on street dancing competition. during kalivungan 2011, contingent from the municipality of alamada won the grand price. FYI: alamada(alamada national high school) they were the holder of the title of grand champion in street dancing in halad festival 2003 and 2004 held at midsayap another municipality of cotabato. they decided to join aliwan 2003 bearing the name of halad festival of midsayap and won grand champion in aliwan fiesta 2003 and pamaskong aliwan 2003 street dancing competition..
and in aliwan 2006. another municipality from cotabato named pigcawayan won halad 2006 and represented halad festival on aliwan 2006 and won 4th place..
and lastly in aliwan 2008 a contingent living in originally in midsayap won halad 2008 and represented halad festival on aliwan 2008 and won 8th place. please do change the history or the rooster of winners for history’s sake. God bless. good luck for the region 12′s representative the kalivungan of the north cotabatio and the lembuhong festival of south cotabato. they won’t fail you as they get the championship title or they will land on the top 3.
