It's DAY 2 of the week-long celebration of Tnalak Festival 2018 of the Province of South Cotabato and the opening ceremonies is scheduled today, July 13.
A civic-military and thematic parade will be held this morning at the main streets of the City of Koronadal and will be followed by the opening ceremonies to be held at the South Cotabato Sports Complex.
