Entries from South Cotabato won big in the just concluded street dancing competition of the Kalivungan Festival 2014 held at the Cotabato Provincial Sports Complex in Amas, Kidapawan City.
Street dancing contingent from Edwards National High School in the Municipality of Tboli won the 1st Runner-up in the Mindanao Open Category of the Kalivungan Festival 2014 Street dancing and showdown. The group was the champion of the Kadsagayan A Lalan category of the Tnalak Festival 2014 Street Dancing Competition held last July. Edwards NHS took home the P200,000 and a trophy.
Another entry from South Cotabato, the Tribu sa Lalan of the Christian School of Polomolok which won the 1st Runner up during the Kadayawan Festival 2014 in Davao City last August was proclaimed 2nd Runner-up in the Mindanao Open Category of the Kalivungan Festival 2014 Street dancing and showdown . The group bagged the P150,000 cash prize and a trophy.
Street dancers from Mati City in Davao Oriental was proclaimed as the overall champion in the Mindanao Open category. Below is the list of winners.

The Kalivungan Festival 2014 Street Dancing and Showdown was held on September 1 and is one of the highlights of the Cotabato Province's Centennial celebration.
