This year's Helobung Festival will be held on November 6 - 11.
Helobung Festival is one of the highly-anticipated cultural festival in the region celebrated annually in Lake Sebu, South Cotabato. It is held to celebrate the culture and traditions of the Tbolis by showcasing their traditional songs, dances and crafts.
Helobung is a Tboli word which means "never-ending joy".

The Lake Sebu Tourism Office recently released the tentative Schedule of Activities of Helobung Festival 2016 and 33rd Foundation Anniversary of Lake Sebu with the theme "Kemdol Lake Sebu: Home of the Living Treasures".
