Lake Sebu, the summer capital and eco-cultural center of South Cotabato is all set for this year's celebration of their 34th Foundation Anniversary and 21st Helobung Festival with the theme "Kemdol Sebu: Home of the Living Treasures". Check out the schedule of activities below:
