Great news for all employees and workers!
The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) Region 12 has given the green light to and will be implementing a fresh wage hike in the SOCCSKSARGEN Region starting October 16, 2023.
Under Wage Order No. RB XII-23, all sectors and industries in Region 12 will have an additional wage increase of thirty-five pesos (P35), which will be distributed in two tranches: twenty-two pesos (P22) upon the commencement on October 16, 2023 (first tranch), and thirteen pesos (P13) on January 1, 2024 (second tranch).
Additionally, the RTPWB R12 has also endorsed Wage Order No. RB XII-DW-04, which mandates an extra monthly raise of five hundred pesos (P500) for domestic workers or "Kasambahays" in Region12, effective October 16, 2023.
