Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho Team Spotted Covering Stories in Polomolok

Residents of Polomolok were abuzz with excitement as multi-awarded broadcast journalist Jessica Soho and her Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS) team visited the municipality in time for the celebration of the Flomlok Festival 2025 and the town’s 68th Foundation Anniversary.

In a post on the official KMJS Facebook page, Soho shared their fieldwork in the province:
“Lumipad ang aming team sa... Polomolok, South Cotabato! Saktong naabutan ni Jessica Soho ang anihan ng matamis nilang pinya! Patikim naman kami!” — highlighting the town’s world-famous sweet pineapples.

Adding to the excitement, Soho was also spotted interviewing the parents of Shuvee Etrata, a proud daughter of Polomolok, Kapuso star and former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) housemate. The encounter sparked anticipation among locals, with many looking forward to seeing Shuvee’s inspiring story — along with Polomolok’s vibrant culture and heritage — possibly featured in an upcoming KMJS episode.

The presence of Soho and her team is viewed as a boost to Polomolok’s image, bringing national attention to the town’s agricultural abundance, rich traditions, and homegrown talents.
