Inviting all eco- adventure enthusiasts to the 1st Eco- Race to Seven: An Eco- Adventure Experience on October 8-9, 2010 at the Seven Falls, Lake Sebu, South Cotabato organized and sponsored by the Province of South Cotabato and the Alliance of Arts, Culture, Tourism and Sports Coordinators in South Cotabato (ACTS-SC).
The event is open to all mountaineers and eco-adventure enthusiasts.The team must be composed of three (3) duly registered participants, 2 male; 1 female, physically and mentally fit.
It will will start at the second falls where participants will be asked to solve an environmental problem, then trek up to the 1st falls for zip riding - viewing 2nd to 6th falls. After zipping, they will then trek down to the seven falls for trash collecting; trek back and zip again to 2nd falls.The fastest team to trek back to the second falls will be declared as winners. Cash prizes for the race are P2,000, P1,500 and P1,000 for the champion, 1st runner-up and second runner-up respectively and 3 consolation prizes of P500 each. Freebies and other surprises are at stake.
Registration Fee is at P350.00 each participant, inclusive of a souvenir T-shirt, Zipline ride, one meal(lunch), Entrance fee and camping site fee.
