Attention South Cotabateño fashion designers!
The T'nalak Festival-'Balikbayan committee' now accepts nominees and applications for potential and 'budding' designers from South Cotabato who will share the stage with three acclaimed South Cotabato-based designers together with one of the most exciting fashion innovators in the country, Randy Ortiz on July 17, 2011 (see photo for the event details).

The following are the requirements and qualifications:
- Portfolio with the following contents: Curriculum Vitae of not more than three pages; at least three sketches or photo of original creation or masterpiece; birth certificate or voter's identification certifying that he/she was born and raised in South Cotabato but concurrently may not necessarily be a resident of South Cotabato.
- Must be 18 years old but not more than 35 years of age as of May 30, 2011.
- Must possess a passion for fashion that exhibits excellence towards creativity; one who has given South Cotabato an utmost recognition in his or her craft.
