With the support of other government agencies in Region XII like DOH, DSWD, DILG and DepEd, Philhealth XII is now ready for the Nationwide PHilhealth Registration Day (NPRD) on Saturday, June 25, 2011.

Elementary Schools in Koronadal, Surallah, Tacurong, Isulan, Alabel, Kidapawan,
M’lang, Midsayap and General Santos as registration sites to cater clients from various sectors.
Philhealth members identified through the National Household Targeting System NHTS
based from the survey conducted by Dep-Ed among school children in the identified sites are expected to receive their free Philhealth cards and those unregistered and not found in the list and are encourage to enroll under the Individually Paying Program.
“We see to it that the elementary school children’s parents from different schools will receive personalized letters with the necessary instructions to follow during the registration day. We prepared two sets; one for identified NHTS and one for those who are not. Those who would like to update their contribution and membership status may also come to pay their premium and amend their record,” Philhealth XII Chief of the Field Operations Division, Dr. Miriam Grace Pamonag said.
Retirees and pensioners who wish to avail of their lifetime coverage may register under the Lifetime Member Program and kins of OFW members may verify and validate their records.
For new members to understand their benefits and rights and responsibilities, an orientation will be conducted.
Philhealth Identification Number (PIN) card generation and Member Data Record (MDR) printing will be done at the Service Offices in Gen. Santos, Koronadal, Isulan, Cotabato and Kidapawan. (HGN)
