South Cotabato has much reason to celebrate as Miss Quennie Rose Bautista of Surallah, South Cotabato bagged 1st runner-up in the recently concluded Search for the Aliwan Festival Queen (Reyna ng Aliwan) 2012 in this year's Aliwan Fiesta.
Kwini, a 3rd year Tourism student at the University of Sto. Tomas was also adjudged Best in Evening Gown, Best in Festival Costume and Ms. Mlhuillier. She represented Lembohung Festival of Surallah.

Congratulations Quennie Rose, you have made every South Cotabateños, especially the Surallahnons proud!
This year's Aliwan Fiesta Festival Queen title goes to the representative from Hinulawan Festival of Toledo City in Cebu, Miss Angeli Gomez.
