Head Cook
- With at least 3 years experience in the kitchen in a a supervisory or managerial position
- With at least 5 to 10 years (total) experience in cooking for restaurants or hotels
- Excellent knowledge in inventory management and food costing
- Training and/or certification in food safety and HACCP
- Knowledge in menu development
- Preferably from a hotel, resort or events venue
- Knowledge in people management
- Formal culinary education will be an advantage.
- Willing to move to Koronadal City.
- With at least 2to 3 years experience in a supervisory or managerial experience in financial
- accounting at least 5 years total in relevant capacity
- Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy or any related course
- Preferably a CPA
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Experience in the hotel or food industry will be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of current accounting methods and BIR orders
