Choose Philippines, one of the country's leading travel site has recently listed the 8 must-visit places in Region 12. At third spot on the list was our very own "summer capital of South Cotabato" the town of Lake Sebu which was also named as one of the country's top 10 emerging destinations last 2013, the home of the T'boli tribe that produces the exquisite T'nalak fabric and famous for its numerous waterfalls , three lakes and adventures like ziplining, caving, bird watching and many more.
Topping the list was the white sand beaches in Gumasa, Glan in the Province of Sarangani and was followed by the Philippine's highest peak - Mt. Apo which can be also accessed through several trails in Cotabato Province.
Also in the list of top attractions and must-visit places in Region 12 were the Baras Bird Sanctuary in Tacurong City, Asik Asik Falls in Alamada, Cotabato Province, the white water tubing adventure at Pangi River in Maitum, Tuka Marine Park in Kiamba and Lemlunay diving area in Maasim, Sarangani Province.
