The Municipality of Surallah is this year's cleanest and greenest municipality in South Cotabato. Last year's cleanest and greenest municipality, Polomolok settled at 2nd Place this year while the municipalities of Tampakan, Tupi, and T'boli were declared 3rd Place, 4th Place and 5th Place respectively.
The winners were announced during the opening ceremony of the T'nalak Festival 2014 July 11, 2014 at the South Cotabato Sports Complex. Below is the complete list of winners.

LGU-Surallah received P800,000 cash prize and a plaque for being this year's cleanest and greenest municipality while P500,000 and P300,000 and a plaque goes to LGU-Polomolok and LGU-Tampakan. LGU-Tupi got P150,000 and LGU-T'boli received P70,000. Other municipalities also received cash prizes from the provincial government of South Cotabato and its partners.
