Minimum Regular Fare for Tricycles in Koronadal now at P10

In case you didn't know this yet, effective December 27, 2014 the minimum regular fare for tricycles in the City of Koronadal is now at P10.00. This is despite the drop in the price of fuel in the past weeks.

As stated in the "2014 Tricycle Fare Ordinance of the City of Koronadal", the P10.00 minimum regular fare applies within the areas covered by the "P10- Fare Zone" as shown below.
Special discounted rates for students, senior citizens and differently-abled persons were also provided in the new tricycle fare matrix.

  1. This fare hike of tricyle here in Marbel is so untimely and it looks like the concerned officials have been out of circulation while implementing this new fare, why? Metromanila's old fare have long been restored while this new fare hike in Marbel was not yet on the road so why our officials insisted to implement this new fare? Where is the conscience of these officials and it's hard to believe that Koronadal city is well abreast of daily facts and what's going in the country why this fare implemented.? Maybe they can still adjust this as soon as possible before more and more people will take action against this..
