A modern fruit and vegetable park will soon rise in Tupi, South Cotabato.
In a report by Radyo Kahiusa, a local radio station in Tupi, the construction of Matutum Fruit and Vegetable Park will be at the 2-hectare land donated by DoleFil Agrarian Reform Beneficaries Cooperative (DARBC) located along the national highway in Brgy. Kablon. Construction of stalls will cost around P50 million and will benefit the at least 80 current fruit and vegetable stand owners. Check out the perspective below.
The entire site development plan will cost around P200 million and was already approved by the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA). It will include a hotel, restaurants, function hall, view deck, parking area, swimming pool and a park.
