Tuna industry stakeholders and key players throughout the country are expected to once again converge in General Santos City in September this year as the city hosts the 17th National Tuna Congress.
With the theme, "Regional Cooperation: The Way Forward", this year's edition of the National Tuna Congress is slated from September 3-4 and will be one of the highlights of Gensan's Tuna Festival 2015.
As posted on its Facebook page, "the 17th National Tuna Congress will feature keynote speaker and resource persons who are eager to inspire participants, capable of providing latest updates in the fishing sector, and presenting latest methodologies. It will also connect industry players, government and non- government agencies to a forum of ideas and a network of leaders, experts, and peers eager to share the best practices, market updates, tested solutions and proven results."
