South Cotabato is SRAA Meet 2016 Overall Champion

After a week-long battle for supremacy, the Province of South Cotabato came up on top as it was crowned the overall champions in the SOCCSKSARGEN Regional Athletic Association (SRAA) held in Kiamba. Sarangani Province from February 3- 7.

South Cotabato young athletes scored a total of 670 points to come out victorious.

This means that athletes from South Cotabato will make up the core of the SRAA delegation that will compete in the Palarong Pambansa 2016 to be held in Legazpi City in Albay this coming month of April.

The City of General Santos came in far second in the overall standings as it finished with a total of 589 points.

Also putting up a great performance was Cotabato Province, which finished third overall with 401 points.

The City of Koronadal placed fourth overall with 346 points, while the host province Sarangani setlled at fifth place overall with 220 points.
