A huge 5-storey hotel building will soon rise in the summer capital of South Cotabato, the town of Lake Sebu,
The hotel is planned to be erected right at the vicinity of Dolores Lake Resort of the RD Group of Companies. It will service 37 rooms, a restaurant, swimming pool and functions rooms among its amenities.

If you prefer stretching out in premium comfort, this 35.5sqm room area suits you. It comprises a spacious living area wonderful for indoor work or relaxation, complimented with a fancy bathroom with bathtub and shower, and comfy bedroom that expands about 9.75sqm with a queen-sized bed and an extra bed ideal for guests travelling in group. A perfect deluxe you can experience along the lakeside.
Superior Room
Superior Room with Provision for PWD (Person With Disablity)
To ensure that people with disabilities are able to reserve specific accessible guest rooms that match their individual needs. This room offers Guests with disabilities an options equivalent to the options available to other guests.

Dormitory
The two storey dormitory rooms provide guests with plenty of space plus a homey atmosphere perfect for those who are travelling in groups.
Function Area
Function rooms will be located at the second and third level of the four-storey main hotel building. It has two types: the smaller function room expands about 90.3sqm, situated at the second level and has the capacity to hold a maximum of 80 persons in a banquet style seating; and a maximum of 117 persons in an auditorium-type of arrangement. This is a perfect venue for private occasions with quite a number of guests.
The larger function room expands about 100sqm, situated at the third level of the four-storey main hotel building, and has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 96 persons during banquets and 120 persons in an auditorium setting. It could accommodate a wide variety of occasions with larger group. It is but not limited to occasions such as parties, lectures, conferences, exhibits, conventions, and etc.
Restaurant
Experience fine dining on a Tboli culture-inspired restaurant readily accessible directly from the fourth level of the main Hotel Building where seasonal terrace ensures the enjoyment of local cuisine while watching the panoramic view of the lake. It will have seven sets of square tables with four chairs and five rectangular tables with 6 chairs – a total capacity of 58 persons all in all.
