The Municipality of Tupi, the flower, fruit and vegetable basket of South Cotabato will again celebrate the Agten Tufi Festival this coming September 5-11. The week-long celebration is also a commemoration of the town's 63rd Foundation Anniversary. This year's theme is "Pagkakaisa'y Pagtibayin Kaunlaran Hawak Kamay nating Abutin."
