The opening of Tboli Cultural Village on Tuesday was attended by municipal employees and official of Tboli led by Hon. Mayor Dibu Tuan and Vice Mayor Grace Silva, representatives from the Department of Tourism- 12, teachers and students from nearby schools and residents who were very happy of the development in their place.
Tourism frontliners were also presented during the opening. They are the tour guides, habal-habal drivers and other service providers who undergone a series of trainings provided by the municipal tourism office headed by Rodel Hilado.
In his speech, Mayor Dibu Tuan said that the residents of Lemsnolon is now ready to accept guests and visitors and showcase the rich Tboli culture. He also encouraged them to work together and show utmost hospitality to every tourist visiting their place.
