We are very pleased to announce the winners of Tboli Knoon Photo Contest, the Seslong Festival 2017 Online Photography Competition hosted by SOX PH for the Department of Tourism- Region 12 (DOT-12) and LGU- Tboli.
We have received more than a hundred entries for the contest and we would like to thank photographers from different parts of the region who joined the competition and submitted their entries. We would like also to thank our panel of judges, who painstakingly scrutinized all the submitted entries, they are: Ariel Pascua (General Santos City); Neil Alvin Cuenca (Iloilo City); and Zeffrelli "Ping" Zerrudo (Dubai, UAE).
