Mutya ng South Cotabato 2017 is from the Municipality of Tupi!

Congratulations to Camille M. Folio from the Municipality of Tupi for being crowned as the Mutya ng South Cotabato 2017. 

The 18-year old beauty from the "Fruit, Flower and Vegetable Basket of South Cotabato" bested 14 other candidates in this year's competition. She was also named Best in Interview, Best in Evening Gown, and Best in Swimsuit.
