All is set for this year's celebration of the 78th Foundation Anniversary and 18th Hinugyaw Festival of the City of Koronadal with the theme "Living Tradition: Relishing the Culture in Facing the Future".

| The Hinugyaw Festival of the City of Koronadal is one of the biggest annual celebrations in SOCCSKSARGEN. Every year, thousands of tourists - locals and those coming from different places visit Koronadal to celebrate as different activities showcasing the rich history, culture and heritage of the Koronadaleños are held. |
The Opening Ceremony and civic military parade will be on January 5 and the Anniversary program and culmination of Hinugyaw Festival 2018 will be held on January 10. See the Hinugyaw Festival 2018 Schedule of Activities below.
