The 8-storey FB Tower officially broke ground last March 3 in City of Koronadal.

Businessman and Tantangan Mayor Benjamin Figueroa, Jr and family together with Koronadal City Mayor Peter B. Miguel and Congressman Ferdinand Hernandez of the 2nd District of South Cotabato led the ceremonial activity signalling the start of construction of FB Tower which costs around P1 Billion.

FB Tower will rise along Alunan Avenue in City of Koronadal just across FB Hotel & Convention Center. It will house a convention center which can accommodate up to 2,000 individuals, large function rooms, 2-storey shopping malls, a medical plaza, hotel rooms, condominium units, call center and offices, spa and infinity pool, among others.

Also present during the groundbreaking ceremony were some businessman in the region, family members and friends of FB Group of Companies including Mayor Dibu Tuan of Tboli, Mayor Princess Sakaluran of Municipality of Lutayan, Sultan Kudarat, Vice Governor Vicente De Jesus of South Cotabato and DOT-12 Regional Director Rica Bueno. The team of Goudie Associates, the developer of the project from Manila was also present during the groundbreaking ceremony.

The design concept of FB Tower was also presented during the activity.
