The delegation from the Caribbean Islands was the first contingent to arrive in Koronadal City for the Pyesta Kolon Datal Koronadal International Folklore Festival 2018 set from August 11-18.
Members of Dance Caribe Performing Company arrived on Tuesday, August 7 or 4 days before the opening of Pyesta Kolon Datal 2018. The group will have ample time to visit tourist destinations in South Cotabato and neighboring places.
The Pyesta Kolon Datal Koronadal International Folklore Festival 2018 will officially begin on Saturday, August 11 with activities including the Flag Ceremony and a Press Conference at Koronadal City Hall in the morning to be followed by the much-anticipated street dancing and opening ceremony in the afternoon. The Fellowship Night to be hosted by Department of Tourism - 12 (DOT-12) will be held at the South Cotabato Gym and Cultural Center.
