Governor Tamayo takes oath before President Marcos as League of Provinces president

South Cotabato Governor Reynaldo Sucayan Tamayo Jr. was formally sworn in as president of the League of Provinces of the Philippines (LPP).

Along with other members of the National Executive Board and newly-elected officers of the LPP, the oath-taking ceremony was led by President Bongbong Marcos himself in Malacañang on August 11, 2022.

The League of Provinces of the Philippines consists of all the governors of each province of the Philippines.

Governor Tamayo is also the National President of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas, the political party of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.
