Oath Taking Ceremony Held for Lake Sebu's New Municipal Councilor

South Cotabato Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo, Jr. officiated the oath-taking ceremony for Lake Sebu's recently appointed Municipal Councilor (Sangguniang Bayan Member), Floro Loco Gandam, Jr., son of the late Mayor Floro Gandam, Sr. The ceremony took place at the Governor's Office, Tuesday, October 24, 2023 and was witnessed by several dignitaries and family members.

Among those present was Atty. Rochelle Mahinay-Sero, the Provincial Director of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and South Cotabato 2nd District Board Member Miguel Matinong.

The ceremony marked a significant moment for the municipality of Lake Sebu as it welcomes a new addition to its Municipal Council. As the young Gandam takes on this vital role, the town looks forward to his dedicated service and the positive impact he will bring to Lake Sebu.
