His misleading post, showing a ₱500.00 receipt for one semester, was meant to discredit the free education initiative. Instead, it backfired spectacularly as students exposed his ignorance, explaining that tuition remains 100% free, and the small amount he was complaining about was merely a minimal fee for other school services.
"Abi mo gid nga nakadiskubre ka?" SEAIT Students Fire Back
Instead of stirring controversy, Sucaldito became the target of public mockery, with students questioning how someone so uninformed could even land a job as a broadcaster. Some of the harshest reactions included:
Hahha."
But here’s the bigger question:
👉 How did Mark Palcis Sucaldito even get hired as a broadcaster if he can’t even fact-check a basic school policy?
👉 Is he really a journalist, or just another hired troll pushing fake narratives?
"Why Is Cong. Peter Miguel Tolerating This?"
Sucaldito is not just a random radio personality—he is part of Congressman Peter Miguel’s campaign team and works for his radio station. Given his embarrassing blunder, people are now wondering:
- Why is Cong. Miguel keeping someone so uninformed on his media team?
- Does Miguel approve of Sucaldito’s reckless and misleading statements?
- How does he expect voters to take him seriously when his own people are spreading nonsense?
"Sabagay pahuy an kaman noy ah bal an bitaw sang katawhan kung kay sin o na station imo gina ubrahan."
This entire fiasco has done nothing but damage Miguel’s campaign, proving that Sucaldito is not helping his boss—he’s embarrassing him.
SEAIT’s Free Education: A Proven Success
Despite Sucaldito’s desperate attempt to discredit the school, SEAIT remains one of the most successful free education initiatives in the province, with over 20,000 students benefiting from the program.
One graduating student didn’t hold back:
"Basaha mayad ang ge baydan. Para japon na sa students, Sir. Hindi ta bala mag pataka yawyaw Sir. Use your flatform wisely. 500 is nothing compared sa fact nga wala kami may gina isip nga bayaran every exam which also lessen our parents' stress kay indi na sila mangita inug bayad kag wala kami ga promissory note."
And in one final reality check, a student sarcastically summed up Sucaldito’s failure:
"If you really think ₱500 is too much, I guess education isn’t for you."
