The oathtaking was officiated by Hon. Judge Jean Marie Gallego-Vencer, who led the solemn rites before a crowd of family members, supporters, government employees, and various stakeholders from across the province.
Leading the roster of officials was Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr., who begins his third and final term as provincial governor. In his message, he reaffirmed his commitment to bring inclusive, efficient, and sustainable governance to every South Cotabateño, and called on all public servants to unite under a common goal of progress.
Also took his oath was Vice Governor Dr. Arthur Y. Pingoy Jr., who vowed to continue championing meaningful legislation and policies that address the needs of the people.
Also sworn in was 2nd District Representative Ferdinand “Dinand” Hernandez, who pledged to continue advocating for the province’s interests in Congress.
Completing the province’s official leadership are the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (Provincial Board) from the three legislative districts:

In his address, Governor Tamayo emphasized the importance of harmonizing local and provincial programs, especially now that nearly all elected officials are politically aligned. He urged everyone to set aside political differences and work as one for the good of South Cotabato.
