The Provincial Government of South Cotabato has been recommended for the grant of ISO 9001:2015 Certification following the successful conduct of an audit, marking another milestone in the province’s continuing efforts to improve public service delivery.
South Cotabato Governor Reynaldo Tamayo Jr. shared the development, emphasizing that the recommendation reflects the provincial government’s commitment to strengthening its systems and processes, improving service quality, and ensuring that government services remain efficient, reliable, and responsive to the needs of every South Cotabateño.
Tamayo said the achievement goes beyond obtaining a certification, describing it as a reflection of the provincial government’s continuing work to improve the way it serves the people.
“Hindi lamang ito tungkol sa isang sertipikasyon. Ito ay tungkol sa patuloy nating pag-aayos at pagpapabuti ng paraan ng paglilingkod sa ating mga kababayan,” Tamayo said.
The governor also expressed appreciation to the provincial government’s employees and partners whose efforts contributed to the successful audit.
He underscored the importance of maintaining the momentum toward better governance and consistently delivering quality services to South Cotabato families.
The ISO 9001:2015 recommendation is seen as another step in the provincial government’s pursuit of efficient, organized, and dependable public service, reinforcing its commitment to continuous improvement.
“Padayon, South Cotabato! Tuloy-tuloy ang tama at maayos na serbisyo!” Tamayo said.
