“We would like to reach more so we are working on a mass-based cultural approach and we would like to tap all the people of South Cotabato to join the event,” he said.

The event will start on February 22 to maintain the momentum of the Kawayan Festival scheduled on February 15 to 21.

One of the highlights of the forthcoming event is the search for outstanding artists who will receive cash prizes.
