The Municipality of Tupi in celebration of it's 3rd Agten Tufi Festival and 59th Foundation Anniversary (click here for the schedule) is inviting interested dance groups around SOCCSKSARGEN Region to join Agten Tufi Dance Fusion 2012! Check out the poster and competition mechanics below.
MECHANICS AND GUIDELINES OF THE COMPETITION:
1. The contest is open to all Dance groups from SOCSKSARGEN. However it shall be limited to 10 entries only.
2. Entries shall be determined on a first to register first to be served basis.
3. Each competing group shall have 6 – 12 members, all male, all female or mixed.
4. There can only be one entry for participating group.
5. Each presentation must not be less than 3 minutes but not more than 5 minutes.
6. Each group can select the music of their choice and must be a CD Audio file format. No USB allowed.
7. Five (5) points will be deducted from the total score to those who will violate this guideline.
8. All participants shall be at the venue of the contest one hour before the competition.
9. Drawing of lots shall be done before the contest starts to determine the order of presentation
10. Organizers shall not be held liable for any injury that may be inflicted on any participants during the presentation. All participants will be required to sign a waiver.
11. The decision of the Board of Judges is final. Therefore, protests/petitions on results will not be entertained.

(music, style, steps and overall composition of the dance)
2. Performance 40%
(technique of the dancers, mastery of the dance and overall impact of the performance)
3. Costume 25%
(Style/ design, color combination, and comfort of the costume)
