More perspectives of the proposed City of Koronadal Integrated Public Transport Terminal Complex released

It looks like every Koronadaleño's dream of having a public transport terminal in the City of Koronadal will come to a reality very soon. This is because the official Facebook page of the City of Koronadal have posted additional perspectives of the proposed City of Koronadal Integrated Public Transport Terminal Complex (CKIPTTC). Take a look.
The proposed City of Koronadal Integrated Public Transport Terminal Complex according to Mayor Peter B. Miguel is one of his priority projects on his second term as city mayor.
It will be constructed on a 5.9 hectare lot purchased by the city government located at Purok Yellow Bell in Brgy. Zone III.
According to reports about P150 million will be used to finance the construction of the planned City of Koronadal Integrated Public Transport Terminal Complex which will have the follwing features;

GREEN COMPLEX
1. Green Architecture and Technology
2. Use of natural ventilation / High ceiling
3. Use of natural lighting (skylight) and LED lights
4. Provision of green open spaces and mini-park
5. Abundant vegetation
6. Preserve and integrate in the design the existing natural water bodies and natural features (Creek)
7. Wastewater Treatment Facility and Water Recycling
8. Solid Waste Management Facility
9. Comply with environmental laws and codes
STATE OF THE ART
1. Electronic Informational Signage
2. Tourist Information Counter / Concierge
3. Security Measures: CCTV Cameras and Luggage Scanner
4. Waiting Areas for Passengers
5. Departure Gates (Gate 1, Gate 2, etc.)
6. Waiting space for the next scheduled vehicles (no garage inside the terminal)
7. Loading Bays
8. Parking space for private vehicles
9. Electronic Pass

CULTURE AND GENDER SENSITIVE
1. Priority lane for pregnant women, senior citizens, differently-abled persons & children
2. Provide lactating area / breastfeeding station
