South Cotabato-based photographer Mark Pagaran's photo of a boy embracing a Sto. Niño has been announced as among the twenty (20) finalists in the DSLR Category of Tuloy ang Byahe sa Sinulog 2014 On-the-Spot Photo Contest. The photo was taken during the Sinulog Festival 2014 last January in Cebu City.
Mark Pagaran's photo entry is included in the list of 20 entries which will be judge based on composition, creativity, image quality and the photo's over-all impact. Thirty thousand pesos (P30,000) cash will go the First Prize winner while twenty thousand (P20,000) and ten thousand (P10,000) pesos cash awaits the second and third prize winners respectively. There will be also ten (10) consolation prize winners of one thousand (P1,000) pesos cash each.
