Polomolok street dancers wins 1st runner-up in Kadayawan Festival 2014

For the second straight year, "Tribu sa Lalan" of Christian School of Polomolok emerged as 1st runner up in the Indak-Indak sa Kadalanan, the street dancing competition of Kadayawan Festival in Davao City.

Held last Saturday, August 16, 2014, Polomolok street dancers in their colorful costumes, graceful and well-practiced dance movements never failed to impressed spectators and the judges of Indak-Indak sa Kadalanan 2014 which was participated by a total of 17 contingents coming from Davao and neighboring provinces. "Tribu sa Lalan" took home a trophy and P400,000 as cash prize.

Street dancing contingent from Matiao National High School of Mati City in Davao Oriental was declared as Champion of this year's Indak-Indak sa Kadalanan of Kadayawan Festival and bagging the P500,000 cash prize. Meanwhile, Cabantian National High School, Sta. Ana National High School Performing Arts and San Luiz National High School, all from Davao City were declared as 2nd runner-up, 3rd runner-up and 4th runner-up respectively.
