Koronadaleño adventurer among Wrangler's Search for True Wanderers Top 10 Finalists

Louie Pacardo, an adventurer and travel blogger based in the City of Koronadal was named one of the 10 finalists in the Search for True Wanderers by Wrangler.

Pacardo's entry entitled "The Restless Adventurer" received the nod of the panelists out of nearly 400 biking and travel enthusiasts from all over the country who join the contest.

"This is unexpected!" said Louie Pacardo in his Facebook post. "I only got 31 likes while other contestants got as much as 700 to 1200 likes! Yay to the panel of judges who are riders and travelers themselves!" he added.

In the “Search for True Wanderers” contest, riders residing in the Philippines were asked to submit entries in the form of biking photos with a story on why they should be chosen as a True Wanderer.

Louie, along with the other nine finalists will then embark on a five-day all-expense-paid trip in selected places in the country while riding their bikes, fully outfitted with Wrangler's key products. They will keep a travel diary of their experiences on the road which will be judged at the end of their journey.

One winner will then be chosen to bring home P100,000 worth of Wrangler products and a KTM 390 Duke bike. The winner will then become the Philippine representative to the Asia Pacific-wide competition, where he or she will go head to head with other True Wanderer winners from across the Asia-Pacific.

Congratulations and good luck on this Louie!
