Norala Chicken Hauz is one of the oldest restaurants in the Municipality of Norala. The restaurant started operation in the 1980's. It is located in the middle of rice fields and is quite far from the town proper but is popular and well-loved because of their native chicken dishes.
I finally had the chance to visit
Norala Chicken Hauz two weeks ago after attending the 1st Bird Festival in Tacurong City.

We went there for lunch and we tried two of their best sellers, the Tinola and Fried Chicken. Both were delicious.

Simple and tasty -these are two words that best describe the food served to us at Norala Chicken Hauz. The place, which is at the middle of rice fields is very relaxing and has that homey feel. I enjoyed the simple meal we had at Norala Chicken Hauz on my first visit.
