Gensan-based photographer Audrey Billones made it to the winner’s list at the just concluded Hulagway sa Kadayawan 2016 photo contest in Davao City. The said contest was participated by more than a hundred photographers from all over the country who covered the Kadayawan Festival 2016.
Out of 280 entries, Audrey's photo entitled "A Look Out" as shown below was selected as among the 17 runners-up. The winners was announced on Friday, September 2.
