The countdown to the start of the biggest and most colorful event in South Cotabato this year - the Tnalak Festival 2023 begins.
On Monday, April 11, exactly 100 days before the week-long celebration slated on July 13-18, the provincial government of South Cotabato officially launched its countdown to Tnalak Festival 2023.
With the theme “Onward South Cotabato: Dreaming Big, Weaving More Progress, Rising above Challenges.” Tnalak Festival 2023 will have a bigger budget of P31 million as disclosed by Rudy Jimenea, this year's festival director.
With an increased budget, this could only mean that this year's celebration is going to be a lot bigger and grander.
"The provincial government will definitely give its best to present a vibrant Tnalak Festival this 2023", Jimenea said.
Also a celebration of South Cotabato's 57th Foundation Anniversary, highlights of the 24th Tnalak Festival includes the Street-dancing Competitions, Bahay Kubo & Product Display Contest, Mutya ng South Cotabato, T’nalak Strip and Food Garden, and many more.
