The National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement with People’s Television Network Inc for the additional eight (8) new episodes of the Aksyon Laban sa Kahirapan TV program, which will air from October 28 to December 17.
Present during the MOA Signing were NAPC Secretary Lope Santos III and People’s Television Network Inc. General Manager Analisa Puod with NAPC Vice Chairperson for the Government Sector and South Cotabato Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. and NAPC Vice Chairperson for the Basic Sectors Ruperto Aleroza.
Aksyon Laban sa Kahirapan showcases government policies and programs against poverty, as well as stories from the basic sectors. Through this program, NAPC aims to promote the objectives of the government's Social Reform Agenda.
Aksyon Laban Sa Kahirapan is aired on PTV-4 every Saturday from 5:15 PM to 5:45 PM and on Sundays from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
