South Cotabato Governor and National President of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. played a pivotal role in the formalization of a significant political alliance between PFP and the National Unity Party (NUP) Saturday, June 29, 2024.
The Alliance Signing Ceremony, graced by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., the PFP Chairman, highlighted the dedication of both parties to the welfare of the nation. The event saw the presence of distinguished leaders, including Presidential son Cong. Sandro Marcos, SAP Anton Lagdameo Jr., the PFP Executive Vice President, NUP Chairman Ronaldo Puno, and NUP President Cong. Luis Raymond Villafuerte.
Governor Tamayo expressed his enthusiasm for the alliance, stating, "This partnership with NUP builds upon our previous alliances with Lakas-CMD and the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC). It is a testament to our shared vision of forging an Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas. Together, we are more determined than ever to bring positive change and development to every Filipino."
