Tboli pride Keo Dayle Tuan, Philippine Team shines at World Shoot 2014 in Florida, USA

South Cotabato has another world champion. Congratulations to Keo Dayle Tuan from the town of Tboli, who was one of the 4-member Philippine team which was declared overall champion of the Open Junior Division in the just concluded IPSC World Shoot 2014 held in Polk County, Florida, USA from October from October 11-19, 2014.

The World Shoot is considered as one of the biggest shooting competition in the world conducted every three (3) years by the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC). The event is participated by the best IPSC shooters representing 88 countries from around the world which vie for the title of World Champion.
Team Philippines (Open Junior Division) at World Shoot 2014
The 18-year old Keo Dayle Tuan from South Cotabato represented the Philippines and competed in the Open Junior Division along with his team mates composed of Datu Al Wali Mangudadatu from Sultan Kudarat, Miguel Arimas and Yohan Tsoi from Manila. With their combined scores, they bested other teams from all over the world. Team USA finished at 2nd Place while junior shooters from Sri Lanka settled for 3rd Place.

Tuan finished at rank #4 in the Junior Category and at rank #36 overall in the Open Division participated by more than 350 competitors.
