Mr. And Miss Gensan 2011 Crowned!

Top 20 candidates of Mr. and Miss Gensan 2011- the city’s most sought-after beauty pageant who strutted their stuff on stage entertained the audience which flocked at the KCC Events and Convention Center last September 3, 2011 for the pageant’s coronation night.

               

The judging panel, which consisted of  Kapuso star Ms. Claudine Barreto, amongst others, was without a doubt a well picked bunch who handled their task with expert execution. The honors of Masters of Ceremony for the evening were owned by Kapuso hunk Victor Aliwalas alongside Binibining Pilipinas World 2006 Anna Maris Igpit who did a splendid job of keeping the crowd entertained and glued to their seats for the duration of the entire pageant.   Another GMA Network artist Mike Tan serenaded  the contestants and the crowd.

The 6 finalists who vied for the sought after title of Mr. And Miss Gensan 2011 were poised, charming, easy on the eye and good natured. They were also very fresh and vibrant. However, as is always emphasized, everybody cannot be a  winner.

The coveted title of Mr. and Miss Gensan 2011 and the biggest winners for the evening were announced amidst loud frenzied shouts and screams as the audience bid for their favorite contestant. Caroline Lim and Marc Jerick Chan were crowned the ultimate winners of the pageant for this year.

The Mr. And Miss Gensan 2011 pageant is one of the highlights of Gensan’s TUNA Festival 2011 and is spearheaded by Project O! Consultants and supported by the City Government of General Santos, Gaisano Mall of GenSan, GMA Network, SMI, SMART Communications, San Miguel Corporation, Asia United Bank, Montage Digital Photography, Phoenix Petroleum, among others.
