Atty. Antonio Bendita, a seasoned public servant and six-time recipient of the prestigious Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG), is setting his sights on a congressional seat in South Cotabato’s 3rd District, bringing with him decades of experience in law and governance.
A dedicated family man and father of five, Atty. Bendita has instilled the values of education and service in his children, who are pursuing careers in law, medicine, business, and public service. With 18 years of law practice and a distinguished political career as a three-term Vice Mayor and a nine-year Municipal Mayor of Surallah, Atty. Bendita has been a strong advocate for labor rights and the welfare of the working class. Under his leadership, Surallah became a model municipality, achieving an unparalleled six SGLG awards—the only local government unit in South Cotabato to earn such recognition in history.
Recognized for his contributions to local governance, Atty. Bendita was elected Vice President of the Vice Mayors’ League of the Philippines and served as General Counsel of the Mayors’ League of the Philippines. His extensive experience in legislative affairs and governance makes him the most capable candidate for Congress.
Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr., the National President of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP), has officially endorsed Atty. Bendita as the party’s standard-bearer for the 3rd District congressional race. This endorsement signifies strong confidence in his ability to deliver ‘Tama at Maayos na Serbisyo’ to the people of South Cotabato.
