PBGEN Romeo Juan Macapaz is the New Regional Director of Police Regional Office 12

Police Regional Office 12 officially welcomes its new Regional Director, Police Brigadier General Romeo Juan Macapaz, who recently paid a courtesy visit to the Office of South Cotabato Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo, Jr., Chairperson of the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) Region 12.

During the visit, Governor Tamayo expressed his strong support and commitment to continuing the close partnership between the provincial government and the Philippine National Police, especially in matters concerning peace, order, and community safety across the region.

“As Chairperson of RPOC Region 12, I personally extended our full commitment to a strong and sustained partnership with the PNP. Our shared mission is clear—to safeguard peace, security, and development not only in South Cotabato, but throughout the entire SOCCSKSARGEN region,” Governor Tamayo said.

He also emphasized that under the leadership of PBGEN Macapaz, the police force in Region 12 can count on the full backing of the local government in implementing programs for peace and public safety.

“Sa pamumuno ni PBGEN Macapaz, makakaasa ang buong hanay ng kapulisan—hindi lamang sa South Cotabato kundi sa buong rehiyon—ng ating patuloy na suporta at pakikiisa sa kanilang mga programa,” the Governor added.
